Will my desk come assembled ?
All our destops are complete , you just need to screw the legs into the bracket fixed to the underside of the desk and you are good to go.
No tools are required for assembly
How long will it take to get my order?
On every product page, you will find the estimated dispatch date for that product (below the 'buy it now' button). Standard delivery is with APC Couriers and is fulfilled within 48 hours of dispatch.
Larger items/ applicable bespoke items are sent with our private courier. We will be in contact with you regarding delivery of these items.
The options are as follows and will show delivery times for UK MAINLAND.
Northern Ireland
– We are currently unable to ship parcels to Northern Ireland Due to complications caused by Brexit and import export procedures.
Southern Ireland
– We are currently unable to ship parcels to Southern Ireland Due to complications caused by Brexit and import export procedures.
Highlands and Islands
– We have limited service to these areas please, contact us before any order is placed.

Can you offer custom sizes?
In case you require custom size corner desks due to an awkward space or specific requirements, please don't hesitate to inform us about your needs. Our team is ready to help.
What is the process of ordering a custom piece?
If you are unable to find the size that meets your needs, feel free to contact us. We take pride in our ability to create customised products and we will be delighted to accommodate your individual preferences.
Once we have all the details we need and you are happy with the design and quote we will create a bespoke listing for you on the site with all the relevant details for you to check over before proceeding.

How do I care for my desk?
All our furniture is finished with Danish Oil.
After our oil treatment, the furniture needs little maintenance. However, ensuring the longevity and condition of your furniture requires some good house keeping practices and an annual re-oil.
DAY-TO-DAY MAINTENANCE
- Avoid all acid cleaners, including vinegar, alchohol or lemon water.
-Remove any spills from surfaces immediately.
- Always use placemats and coasters for cups and plates.
- Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a lightly dampened cloth and dried straight away protecting the wood from moisture and water.
YEARLY MAINTENANCE
Every year we advise to re-oil the surface of the wood to ensure the oil is impregnated and continues to protect your wood.
- On a clean surface, spread the oil carefully in the direction of the grain until the surface appears wet, leave for 10mins and then wipe off any access with a dry cloth.
