Please contact us straight away if you item arrives damaged. Despite our best efforts we understand accidents can happen in transit and we have a no quibble replacement policy for anything damaged, just let us know so we can arrange a replacement as a priority.

Most of our listing have sample colours or show how the various colours look, obviously screen resolutions and photgraphy lighting can have an impact on true colour so you will also see our handy samples pack which can be purchased before you decide from the link below -

Yes of course!

We have a lot of customers who choose to place their order and request we send them a colour sample pack of our wood dyes.

We will happily do that free of charge for you.

If we are waiting for your F&B colour choice just let us know as soon as you have decided.

We gladly accept exchanges

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.

We don't accept returns or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition using the original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All our furniture requires some assembly, generally that is only screwing on the legs and in the majority of cases that means no tools required.

It would not be practical to send units fully assembled unless pre-agreed where we would attempt to send with our private courier.

YES! We offer free mainland UK delivery on all our items across the site. There is a surcharge for The Highlands, please get in touch for an accurate quote.

We provide tracking when your order has been booked/collected from us so you can track your delivery every step of the way.

You will get text updates of timings and delivery windows via the courier we use.

Yes you can, just get in touch and let us know what you would like or alternatively send a quick sketch to explain.

We can then review your request and give you some feedback and suggestions.

We can do most sizes within reason, some design may require some practical alterations to ensure you get the best outcome possible.

Our wood is primarily Scandinavian Redwood, a type of pine.

We then dye that to your desired colour and finish with Danish oil.

Typically orders are delivered 24-48hrs after dispatch with our standard items.

If you have ordered a larger piece or we have arranged our private courier to deliver your furniture then they will be in touch with delivery dates and times.

All of our items have the colour reference on the pictures, however if you can not see it or need more help please do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer a selection of 7 colours: Natural, antique pine, medium oak, dark oak, teak, walnut and ebony. We also use Farrow & Ball paints on our drawer accents, of which you have a choice of over 200 colours.
