Shipping policy

 

On every product page, you will find the delivery options available for that product. The options are as follows and will show delivery times for UK MAINLAND.

Dispatch & Delivery Info

Every piece is handmade to order in our Cheshire workshop. We do not hold stock.

Our current lead time is 4 weeks from receipt of payment, with delivery arranged shortly after once your item is ready.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

For larger items — above 120cm or pedestal desks

Our trusted delivery partner, HJ Logistics, provides a specialised two-man delivery service to your room of choice. They are experienced in handling larger furniture and helping with access where needed.

Once your item has been collected from us, they will contact you directly with a delivery window so you are not left waiting in all day.

Delivery to Scotland and some remote areas may incur an additional charge due to the distance from our workshop. Please see the surcharge areas below. If you place an order online for one of these areas, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange any additional delivery cost.

For smaller items — 120cm and below

Smaller items are sent via APC courier once complete. We will provide tracking, and APC will update you directly using the contact details provided with your order.

The following postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge, including on orders with free delivery. Please contact us for an up-to-date quote: hello@muju.co.uk

AB, IV, PH, PA, DD, TR, PL, TQ, CA, TD, EH, G, DG, KA, ML, FK, KY, LL (excluding 13-14), SY23/24/25

Other Highland and remote Scottish postcodes may require special delivery arrangements.

Delivery Exclusions

We are currently unable to deliver to locations outside mainland UK, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland.

  • Bespoke items may require longer dispatch times depending on complexity of your order
  • Northern Ireland – We are currently unable to ship parcels to Northern Ireland Due to complications caused by Brexit and import export procedures
  • Southern Ireland – We are currently unable to ship parcels to Southern Ireland Due to complications caused by Brexit and import export procedures
  • Highlands and Islands – We have limited service to these areas please contact us before any order is placed.
  • Collection from our workshop is available.
  • International – Unfortunately we are unable to send individual orders internationally, please contact us if you have large order requirements for overseas shipping.
